Jobs and Skills Fair in Partnership with Birmingham City Council

Steps To Work and SPR are excited to announce our collaboration in partnership with Birmingham City Council , and BCU for the Cost of Living Crisis week.

We will be hosting a Jobs and skills fair on Friday the 10th of November,  to provide an opportunity for attendees to explore jobs and training opportunities, network with employers, and gain valuable insights into a wide variety of sectors, as well as providing valuable support on how to navigate the cost-of-living crisis. Several organisations are already confirmed to attend ranging from, public, private and not for profit employers as well as training providers and support agencies.

The event will be held at the STEAMHouse building in Birmingham City Centre ,  and promises to be a high-profile event , supported by local and national government representatives.

Alongside our partners we strive to create a positive impact upon our communities and contribute to economic growth and development of the region.

Professor Paul Cadman (pictured), said: “The cost of living week and jobs fair in partnership with Birmingham City Council aims to empower individuals by providing them with the necessary tools, resources, and information to navigate the job market and  cope with the challenges of the cost of living crisis.

“By fostering collaboration between employers, job seekers, and experts, this event strives to create a positive impact on the local community and contribute to economic growth and development.”

Steps To Work and SPR in partnership with Birmingham City Council and BCU are excited to have you be a part of our Jobs and Skills event,it promises to be a high-profile, impactful day bringing together a range of employers as well as training providers and support services ,offering an incredible range of opportunities.

Our Jobs and Skills fair will also be supported by local and national government representatives enabling us to empower our communities and build success alongside our education and employment sectors.
